Stock merchandise will be shipped via UPS, US Mail or freight at the earliest opportunity, typically 1-2 business days from order date. Special order and non-stock items will be shipped at the earliest opportunity.

 

Return Policy for Evenheat-kiln.com and Evenheat Kiln, Inc.

 

Evenheat will accept returned merchandise for exchange or refund for up to 30 days following customer receipt of merchandise provided the customer contacts Evenheat Kiln, Inc. to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA consists of a number and this RMA number must accompany returned merchandise and be visible on the outside of return shipping boxes. Returns are not accepted unless accompanied by an Evenheat RMA number. Merchandise received without an Evenheat RMA number are subject to disposal after 30 days of receipt by Evenheat without compensation or notification.

Evenheat will credit/refund the purchase value of all properly returned merchandise less a 10% stocking fee. Shipping costs will not be credited or refunded.

Evenheat will credit/refund the purchase value of all properly returned merchandise and shipping costs if the merchandise was sent in error by Evenheat Kiln.

Items being returned for refund or exchange must arrive at Evenheat Kiln, Inc. in "as received" condition. Please make every attempt to use original packaging when possible and thoughtful packaging when not. Merchandise damaged in return shipping is the responsibility of the shipper. You will be notified if your return package indicates shipping damage and steps you may take with the shipping company.
